We will provide technical knowledge and advice to your workers, handyman or contractor. We will ensure everyone is using lead-safe work practices, in accordance with City, State and Federal requirements & Standards.
We will survey the job and provide a detailed overview and expectations for our services, review and clearly interpret inspections reports.
This includes the service fee.
